No returns for products with water exposure will be accepted.
Damaged Item / Low Quality
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
You can get a refund if:
The product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional or defective.
Item is not as described.
If item isn’t received within 35 or more business days. If you live in South America and did not receive your product within 60 business days or 90 business days of purchase.
The "30-Night Money Back Guarantee” is available under following circumstances:
Item must be returned to us with proof of purchase such as Order ID, Invoice ID, Transaction ID within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase.
Return must be authorized by Carlton Hardware via email.
Item must be returned in its original & resell condition; packaging must not be broken where applicable.
Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility.
Refund does not include original shipping cost. Refund method will be determined by Carlton Hardware.
Because of the nature of some products, we do not offer exchange or refunds on non-broken products under any circumstances.
Carlton Hardware may reject any returns under any of the below circumstances at our discretion:
The detailed size chart is included in the description. The size you chose does not fit you well.
The order was placed with a discount coupon we provided.
The order was placed by mistake but wasn't cancelled within 24 hours.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00USD you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to return in your account once your return has been received.
